Game Instructions:
Help the crab reach its true love at the top of the screen!
Move the crab left and right using the d-pad. The goal is to move from one side of the screen to the other. To do this, you’ll have to use the “A” button to jump and avoid gaps in the floor, as well as an exploding enemy crab! There is also a disc flying overhead that you need to take care not to jump into.
If you get hit by the disc or by the crab, then that is game over. You also get game over if you fall into a gap on the bottom-most floor.
When you reach the opposite side of the screen, a new floor is built above you and you have to cross that floor to the opposite side. It will have more gaps than the previous floors. If you fall through a gap in one of the higher floors, it will re-randomize the floor beneath you and you have to resume from there.
At the end of the final floor, you’ll reach your love and get the good ending.
You are also granted two “helps”. These will fill all of the gaps in the current floor. You can use these by pressing the “B” button.
Cheats:
Remove lines 240 and 250 to gain invincibility from the other crab.
On line 10, set HE to 10. This will give you 10 helps instead of 2, so you can fill the gaps on every floor of the game.
